Why work with you instead of another intuitive eating or health coach?

    • First, let me tell you why I get out of bed every day. My goal is to help women be the best version of themselves. This is what inspires me. And my guess is, this is exactly what you are looking for. Together we can do this.

    • Second, I don’t need to imagine what it’s like to struggle with disordered eating because I’ve lived it. And because of what I learned during my own journey to recovery, I know how to help you do the same. I know what works and what doesn’t.

    • Third, YOU are important to me. Sometimes we don’t get the individual attention and support that we need from our families, friends, or health professionals. This is where I shine. With me, you will always feel heard, supported, and safe.

How long should I expect to work with you?

  • As you may have guessed, everyone’s experience is different. If you feel comfortable after three months, great! But some clients may not feel completely comfortable with intuitive eating for 2-3 years. This may seem like a very long time, but if you’ve struggled with dieting or disordered eating for the majority of your life, this really is just a flicker in time.

I already know a lot about nutrition. Should I still consider working with you?

  • Yes! I could tell you which breakfast bar had the most protein, or why ATP is crucial, but I still struggled with binge eating and feeling out of control around food for YEARS!  Turns out, we often need help and support from a coach to improve our relationship with food, reverse disordered eating behaviors, or cope with difficult emotions without turning to food.
